Do you provide the hair?

No, all services require you to provide your own wig unless stated otherwise.

Where do I send my wig?

The shipping address (PO Box) will be sent to you after your order is placed.

How many wigs can I send at once?

One wig per order. If you have multiple wigs, please place separate orders.

Do you accept local drop-offs?

Yes, drop-off and pickup options are available if you’re local unless i am busy and can’t meet, then I will have to ship your order to you.

What type of wigs do you accept for customization?

Brand new, unworn wigs only.

What does customization include?

Wash & condition, styling, and light lace customization (light plucking + bleached knots).

Do you add baby hairs?

No, I no longer create baby hairs. All wigs are styled with a clean, natural hairline and slicked back for a polished look.

Can you cut the lace on my wig?

Yes, lace can be cut upon request for new wigs during the customization service. If not requested, the lace will remain uncut.

Can you customize a wig I’ve already worn?

No, worn wigs fall under the wig revamp service, not customization.

What is a wig revamp?

This service is for old or worn wigs that need to be brought back to life—cleaned, restored, and restyled.

These wigs will not be customized (plucking + bleached knots).

Do you fix heavily damaged wigs?

No repairs at this time. If your wig is extremely damaged, we will not service it.

How long is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after your wig is received.

Rush orders (2 business days) are available for an additional fee.

Turnaround time begins once your wig has been received, not when the order is placed.

Who pays for shipping?

You are responsible for shipping your wig to us and we will pay to ship your wig back to you.

Will I get tracking when my wig is sent back?

Yes, tracking will be provided once your wig has shipped.

Once your wig is shipped back with tracking, I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly.

When do I need to ship my wig after placing an order?

You must ship your wig within 7 business days of placing your order.

Are payments refundable?

All sales are final. No refunds once your order is placed.
